Le Méridien's newly launched breakfast unveiled a new point of view on cuisine. Le Méridien's new Signature Breakfast is created in partnership with three-star Michelin Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and features colourful eye-opening elixirs. Guests are invited to explore the unconventional combinations of fruits such as oranges, carrots and raspberries; herbs and spices including chillies, cloves and pepper.Jean-Georges' approach to combining fresh, high quality ingredients, strive for excellence and creativity, as well as his goal of making haute cuisine accessible, match Le Méridien's ambitions to develop a reputation for a unique point of view on cuisine. As a European brand, bread is a key element to Le Méridien’s breakfast, and internal talent were invited to provide recipes for a signature bread, pastry or sandwich.In addition to the breakfast experience, Le Méridien is introducing a new point of view on Coffee Culture. LM is also now offering guests’ illycaffé, one of Europe’s innovative, premium coffee brands.
